Some tours start with a long flight and a flat list of stops. Ours starts with a Eurotunnel shuttle on a Wednesday morning and ends with a brunch in Malmedy and a slow drive home the following Monday. Six nights, one base, a small group of cars, and a hotel that knows our names by Friday lunchtime. The Ardennes roads. A day at Spa-Francorchamps watching the Euro Race weekend, with paddock access to where Nick is racing for Box3. And in between, the time to let the days unspool — long lunches, late dinners, a Friday with nothing on the schedule except whatever you fancy. This is the kind of tour we want to run. Quiet, curated, unhurried. Twelve cars, not hundreds. Stories at dinner, not influencer reels at breakfast. **The schedule** - **Wed 27 May** — Eurotunnel from Folkestone, drive to Malmedy, welcome dinner at the hotel - **Thu 28 May** — Full day on the great driving roads of the Ardennes and the Eifel. Optional Nürburgring tourist session for the keen. - **Fri 29 May** — Unstructured. Spa town, wellness at the source, the hotel terrace, or a smaller drive with a few cars - **Sat 30 May** — Race day at Spa-Francorchamps. Paddock access via Box3, hospitality at the circuit, the full Euro Race card - **Sun 31 May** — Race day two. Nick races, then a long final tour dinner at the hotel - **Mon 1 Jun** — Brunch, scenic route home, Eurotunnel back **Where you'll stay** Six nights at our base hotel in Malmedy, twelve kilometres from Spa-Francorchamps and deep in the Ardennes valley. The kind of family-run hotel that takes dinner seriously and remembers your room number on day two. **Who this is for** Twelve cars, eighteen people maximum. The first European tour we're running — small on purpose. Cars don't need to be exotic — bring what you love driving and want to drive for six days in some of the best terrain in Europe. Full itinerary, included items, and FAQ on the application page.

On the day

Parking & arrival

Secure on-site parking at our base hotel in Malmedy for the duration of the tour. Hotel parking is monitored and well-lit; cars left at the hotel during Spa-Francorchamps race days are safe. At the circuit on Saturday and Sunday, group parking is arranged in advance close to the paddock entrance. Wristbands and pass details will be in your final pre-tour pack. Do not park anywhere without a confirmed arrangement — circuit parking on race days fills early and unmarshalled spaces can be towed. On the road, follow the host team's stop guidance — designated lunch stops have parking arranged. Avoid roadside parking near towns and villages.

The house rules

Code of conduct

RollingSlow events run on enthusiasm, not antics. On this tour specifically: — No revving, no burnouts, no antisocial behaviour at any stop, hotel, or village we pass through. We're guests in the Ardennes and the Eifel. — Convoy discipline: no overtaking the lead car, no leaving the sweep behind, no racing on public roads. Drive within your limits and the law. — Respect for local communities: noise, speed, and presence. Cars are parked legally, engines off at hotels after 22:00. — Insurance and licensing are your responsibility. Confirm European cover with your insurer before departure. The Nürburgring optional session may not be covered by all UK policies — check ahead. — At the circuit, paddock conduct is non-negotiable. Wear your wristbands, follow team and host guidance, no photography in restricted areas, treat the Box3 team and other crews with the respect they'd give you. — No filming or photography of other members without their consent. Trevor and the host team will be filming for content — you can opt out on the application form. — Health, fitness, and safety are your responsibility. Tell us in advance if there's anything we should know. — If something goes wrong on the road, stop, message the WhatsApp group, and we'll send the sweep car. We're a small group — we look after each other. Anyone unable to comply will be asked to leave the tour. No refunds.
